Jill M. Donaldson, D.D.S. – Pediatric Dentist

I have had the pleasure of being a Pediatric Dentist for 23 years and running the practice with my dad is a dream come true! I attended the University of Alabama for Undergraduate and LSU Dental School for my Doctorate and Pediatric Residency.

After many years of experience, I feel extremely comfortable with anything the day might bring. I love that dentistry has the ability to change with new products and there are always new ideas of how to make the practice better. Every child brings a different challenge based on their dental and behavioral needs and every parent needs to feel confident in the treatment options.

I no longer perform operative dentistry due to some health issues, but enjoy helping to train any of our new dentists who join our practice. I spend most of my time on the recall side of the clinic helping plan the treatment needs for our patients.  Looking in mouths for exams every day helps me confirm that our practice is doing what it needs to do to maintain the top quality dentistry that we have always had since Dad first started the practice. The rest of my time is spent running the business with Dad and our very capable managers.

On the weekends, I enjoy time with my husband and our three boys. We especially love spending time at our hunting and fishing camp in Mississippi. I am an avid reader and of course, some light binge watching of mindless TV is always fun. Two of my college age children are interested in pursuing dentistry and I hope will take over the reins at Bippo’s one day. I pray that I can become the wonderful mentor that my Dad was for me.
