Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through the Citi Health Card system. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
If your insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
We are in network with the following insurances: Louisiana Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Federal plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield Key Dental, United Concordia Military, United Concordia, Aetna PPO, Assurant, Dentemax, Guardian, Dentistat, most Delta Dental plans, and Louisiana Medicaid. We also accept Aetna Dental Access discount plan. If you carry a policy with one of the above companies, your fees for dental care will follow that company's fee schedule. If you have a policy with another company, your fees will reflect our fee schedule and you will be responsible for the difference between our fees and what your insurance company pays, at the time of service.
